We’ve shared a few quick workouts but it is important to remember that before and after every workout, you MUST stretch ! It’s important for muscle strength and flexibility. Tense and contracted muscles can present as muscle ache and soreness and the stress can affect your fertility levels. So stretch it out 🙂
