Here’s how to incorporate Fitness for Fertility into your breakfast meals 🙂

What you need :
2 cups Oats
1 cup Sunflower Seeds
1 cup Pumpkin Seeds
1 cup Sliced Almonds
1/2 cup Dried Goji Berries
1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut
Sweetners
1 table spoon x Molasses
1 table spoon x Agave syrup
Flavours
1 x Vanilla pod (or 1/2 tsp vanilla essence)
Ground cinnamon – just shake it!

What you do:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius
Mix oats, 2.5 tablespoons coconut oil, molasses and cinnamon in a bowl and combine well. Place in a baking dish.
Bake the oats for 5 minutes and then stir them around. Return to the oven for a further 10 minutes.
Mix sunflower and pumpkin seeds and agave syrup with 1/2 tbsp coconut oil in a bowl. Pour into a baking dish.
Bake seeds for 5 minutes and then stir them around. Return to the oven for 10 more minutes.
Take oats and seeds out of oven. Add vanilla and gogi berries to the mixture. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.

Enjoy with oats milk, rice milk or almond milk as a cereal. Sprinkle on fat-free Greek yogurt, low-fat yogurt or coconut yogurt for a vegan snack.
